Hello and welcome to São Paulo! We’ll kick off the next 9 days of pure Carnival madness with a Welcome Dinner with the crew.
Day 2: São Paulo
You’ve got this morning to do São Paulo your way, with the option to dive into the city’s epic street art scene in Beco do Batman. Then grab your brightest colours, because tonight we’ll hit a Carnival Bloco Experience — samba, costumes and full street-level joy.
Day 3: São Paulo to Paraty
Goodbye, São Paulo. After brekkie, we’ll swap this city’s street buzz and Carnival energy for the coast. Buckle up for a private transfer to our next destination. It's a long ride, so stock up on snacks!Hello, cobblestones and sea breeze. We’ll get the Paraty lowdown from our Trip Manager, then the rest of the evening is open for dinner, wandering and full coastal reset mode.
Day 4: Paraty
Pool day? Oh yes. We’ll keep things easy today. You can opt in for a sail on a classic schooner cruise through Paraty Bay, with island stops, swim time and coastal views doing the most.
Day 5: Paraty
You've got another free day to do just what you please. Plus, there's an option to jump into an open-air jeep for waterfalls, Atlantic Forest views, the historic Gold Trail and a taste of local cachaça-making. Dinner’s free tonight — go wherever the cobblestones take you.
Day 6: Paraty to Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast, we'll leave the cobblestones and sea breeze behind. Time to hit the road for a private transfer to Rio.Rio, we’re coming in hot. The evening’s free to find dinner, get your first feel for the city and let that Rio energy sink in.
Day 7: Rio de Janeiro
Rio goes full icon mode today. First things first, we'll tick off THE Christ the Redeemer. And tonight? The Sambadrome takes over with giant floats, samba crews and Carnival at max volume.
Day 8: Rio de Janeiro
Ready to see another side of Rio? This morning, we’ll learn about local life in Favela Cantagalo on a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience, then join a Bloco and get swept up in the music, movement and street-level Carnival buzz one last time.
Day 9: Rio de Janeiro
Grab one last breakfast with the crew, because our trip has officially come to an end. Say your goodbyes and try not to brood too hard about heading back to real life.
