Start the day with yoga or pilates in the open-air shala before breakfast overlooking the river.
Join Anna and the Fivelements chef for a hands-on village cooking experience, where you’ll gather fresh produce from local rice fields and learn to prepare traditional dishes. After lunch, unwind with your included wellness package from Balinese massages and healing rituals to fire or water blessings.
Tonight, savour a three-course dinner crafter by the Fivelements culinary team.

Day 3: Ubud
Raw Cuisine & Artisan Flavours
After morning yoga and breakfast, immerse yourself in a raw food masterclass, guided by the Fivelements chefs. Using ingredients foraged from their organic gardens, discover the artistry of living foods and flavour balance.
Enjoy an afternoon of relaxation or optional wellness sessions before gathering for a final dinner celebrating natures bounty and connection.

Day 4: Ubud to Buahan
Banyan Tree Escape
After breakfast and a final yoga session, check out and transfer privately to Buahan, a Banyan Tree Escape, stopping en route in Ubud to explore local markets and enjoy lunch at one of Anna’s favourite restaurants. Arrive at Buahan and settle into your open-air villa, each with its own infinity pool and panoramic mountain views. A welcome drink and ceremony set the tone for the tranquil days ahead.
As the sun sets, gather for a plant-based degustation dinner, highlighting Buahan’s “Zero Walls, No Doors” philosophy of immersion in nature.

Day 5: Buahan
Foraging & Mixology in the Mountains
Begin your day with yoga beside the river before setting out on a foraging walk through Banyan Tree’s organic farm with the Head Chef. Collect wild herbs, roots, and edible flowers, then craft a Balinese lunch using your harvest.
This evening, join the resort’s mixologist for a botanical cocktail class, infusing your own spirits and kombuchas with foraged ingredients. End the day with another exquisite degustation dinner overlooking the jungle canopy

Honey Harvest & Balinese Sweets
After a morning yoga session, experience honey harvesting from Bali’s stingless native bees - an ancient practice believe to bring harmony and health. Continue to a local village for a hands-on sweet-making session, learning to prepare traditional rice confections paired with tropical fruits.
Later, join a food painting workshop with a local artist before your farewell banquet.
