15 November 2025: Venture Beyond the City. Leave the city behind for a day and explore the best of South Australia. Choose from a premium wine tour in the world-renowned Barossa Valley, a scenic escape to the Adelaide Hills and charming Hahndorf village, or coastal adventure through McLaren Vale and the Fleurieu Peninsula. For something truly unforgettable, take a full-day guided trip to wildlife-rich Kangaroo Island or opt for stargazing under one of the darkest skies in the world along the Murray River. 16 November 2025: Discover Adelaide’s Heart Spend the day soaking up the charm of Adelaide’s city centre. Explore its cultural treasures along North Terrace, wander through the buzzing laneways and shop in Rundle Mall, then dive into the foodie paradise of Adelaide Central Market. Optional experiences include a relaxing visit to the Botanic Gardens or Adelaide Zoo, or joining a guided walking tour through the city’s vibrant history and architecture. Finish your day with a delicious dinner and cocktail at one of Adelaide’s trendsetting restaurants or rooftop bars. Accommodation: Hotel Indigo Included Meals: Breakfast

17 November 2025: Adelaide to join Murray River Trails Cruise You will be transferred from Hotel Indigo to Paringa to join the Murray River Trails Safari Cruise. Meet your guides at the Hotel Renmark conference room at 11:00am. Your guides will provide a brief introduction to the Murray River before you board our pontoon cruiser and begin a 25km cruise upstream though old growth redgum and red ochre-coloured cliffs that flank the river. You’ll start familiarising with river country with keen eyes scanning the tree line for koalas, whistling kites, and waterbirds. You’ll be welcomed to your luxurious houseboat accommodation where you’ll enjoy lunch and settle in before setting off on a cultural walk, through river country. The evening is spent on the houseboat admiring the cliff colours at sunset from the top deck or in the spa before your guides prepare a dinner paired with local wines to complete the day. 18 November 2025: Murray River Trails Cruise Rise before the sun to hear the birdsong and walk a gentle slope to the rim of the Murray River valley for a spectacular sunrise. Watch the vibrant colours of the river come to life, and spot busy Rainbow Bee Eaters catching insects. After Breakfast, meet your canoe guide for a morning paddle through peaceful creeks and billabongs lined by mighty red gums, rafting up occasionally to drift and listen. Quiet paddling is a great way to spot a goanna on a tree or a spectacular sacred kingfisher. Arriving back at the houseboat, you’ll start a two-hour houseboat cruise upstream to Chowilla Creek. As you cruise upstream, relax and enjoy the view as lunch is prepared by your guides. After lunch you’ll explore on foot the forests and wetlands at your new location watching and listening carefully for noisy flights of Regent Parrots. 19 November 2025: Murray River Trails Cruise After an early breakfast, you’ll set off on a driving tour of the great ephemeral lake system on the outer floodplain where spectacular birdwatching includes migratory waders that have travelled from the northern hemisphere, thousands of ducks, pied stilts, red-necked avocets, spoonbills and musk ducks. Expect to see blue-bonnet parrots, emus and their chicks, and magnificent red kangaroos as we drive across country between the lakes. We return to find the houseboat in a new location opposite the spectacular Bunyip Reach Cliffs above lock 6. Accommodation: Murray River Cruise Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

20 November 2025: Murray River Trails Cruise to Adelaide. After breakfast and an optional stroll on the riverbank, we cruise leisurely down river and transfer through lock 6 on the way to the innovative Wilkadene Woolshed Brewery, set in a 100 year old shearing shed on the banks of the river. Enjoy lunch on the Woolshed decking that overlooks the river. A barbecue has been prepared by your guides before saying your farewells. You will depart for Renmark by bus returning to Hotel Indigo Adelaide around 5pm. Accommodation: Hotel Indigo Included Meals: Breakfast

21 November 2025: A Perfect Farewell After your incredible days exploring Adelaide and an unforgettable journey along the Murray River Trails Safari Cruise, enjoy a relaxed final day in the city before heading home. Revisit your favourite spots from earlier in the trip—perhaps a final stroll through the Botanic Gardens, a return to the Central Market for one more gourmet bite, or a casual wander down to the beachside esplanade. This is also the perfect time to pick up some last-minute souvenirs or local treats to take a piece of South Australia home with you. However you choose to spend it, your final day in Adelaide is a chance to soak up the charm and ease of this welcoming city one last time. Accommodation: Hotel Indigo Included Meals: Breakfast

22 November 2025: Adelaide to New Zealand. After breakfast you will check out of your accommodation, your airport transfer will collect and transport you to Adelaide International Airport for your trip back to New Zealand. Included Meals: Breakfast
